20 Dec Salon Series 2020 Announcement
As we close out this year, I’m thrilled to share what’s ahead for the Salon Series in 2020. We have an excellent lineup of musical experiences in the spring, and I’m happy to announce that Fiorella Franco, who has been a friend of the series from the beginning, is now an official part of the leadership team!
Fiorella and I hosted a vision and strategy session to develop programming for the Spring 2020 season. Special thanks to Marte Siebenhar, Marc Magellan, Gemma Berry, Sergio Franco, and Pedro Galdamez for their insight and energy!
And now for the most exciting news:
our Spring 2020 program
January 18: Mahler’s Symphony No. 5 with Oscar Bustillo (RSVP now)
February 2: Dvorak’s Symphony No. 9 “From the New World” with Marte Siebenhar
March 8: Rimsky-Korsakov’s Scheherazade with Marc Magellan
April 4: Domenico Cimarosa’s Il Matrimonio Segreto with Misty Bermudez
April 26: Benjamin Britten’s Turn of the Screw with Amanda Crider and Jeremy Reger
Registration is open for the January salon with Oscar Bustillo, so please reserve your space now! Save the date for the rest of the events, and we’ll follow up with more detail in the new year. Happy holidays, and I look forward to enjoying music with you in 2020!
About the Salon Series
It’s an intimate event series that explores classical music and opera. A hybrid between book club and house concert, this series is a project by musician, artist, and designer Rebecca White.
A mix of conversations, small concerts, and exclusive invites to cultural events, Salon Series creates space for music lovers (and the musically-curious) to deepen their understanding and appreciation of classical music.
